Aero Dance

Aero dance was introduced in 2016. We decided to use a mild dance to ignore an exercise pain while losing weight and having fun. We have fun in pain!

I started slowly , doing basically half of the exercises and just trying to catch my breath whilst the team kept pushing me every week to do more and more. Every week i could feel improvements, i could feel recovery times after a session improving until after 6 week, I am doing 90% of the exercises in a session. The focus on core exercises is proven to work and the focus that Dida place on these proven techniques keeps you guessing each session what we will have to do. This is half the fun, it dosen't feel repetitive at all.

The awesome group of people can't be praised enough. There are people from all walks of life, every occupation, every race, colour and background, but when we are exercising, we are all part of Team Dida. We push each other, we carry each other and we support each other with positive reinforcement. If it wasn't for the group of people, i would probably have given up. They really do motivate you to do your best and to push through the pain whilst having a laugh.

I have archieved more than what i set out to do in a short space of time. I am fitter, strong, more confidence but most importantly, I have made a lot of friends that all have a similar goal. Dida really is a champion with this winning formular”

I joined ”Team Dida” about 3 yaers ago. I had been to other gyms and tried various fitness regimes before but none of those worked for me. Then I came to Ruimsig Ahletic Stadium to join “Team Dida”. It was a cold August morning but the great coach himself gave me a very warm welcome. I have made great progress towards my fitness goal under Dida’s unique style of coaching. Oh and the team is a big family with a common goal… to get super fit!!!

My Saturday mornings always started at the Boot Camp… it’s beyond awesome!!!
